To Make Your Life Easier Please Refuse Any Shipment That Appears Damaged On Delivery.
We know it's exciting to receive the grill of your dreams! However, delivery is the best time to refuse a shipment if it appears damaged.
If you accept delivery and find out it is damaged after uncrating, it is significantly more difficult for us to resolve the situation. (We'll always get you right, but trust us on this one.)
Please inspect or even unpack the item before unloading. All LTL freight carriers will allow you to open the box or do a full inspection before signing for the delivery.
Trust us, spending 10 minutes to walk around your shipment and look for dented edges, fork lift holes, broken wood or cardboard, broken pallets, fresh plastic around plastic with holes. If there is anything suspicious about your shipment open it before accepting delivery. This will prevent you from have to package it back up and us scheduling another pick-up time for the return. If the shipper damages it, it is their responsibility to return it to us.
You may return most new, unassembled items within 30 days within their original packaging for a refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.)
Shipping costs are deducted from returns. If you choose to exchange the item we can usually work something out though.
Custom Items or made to order items are non-refundable. Please double check all specifications before ordering any custom built items.
You should expect to receive your refund in a timely manner after giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund pretty quickly. A sample time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

Note that there are restrictions on some products, and we currently do not ship internationally.
When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.
Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.
